The Student Administration system is generally available all day with the following exceptions:
The system may be unavailable during the standard system maintenance window, which, if scheduled, takes place from 5:30 AM until 7:30 AM Eastern time.
There is a re-occuring outage for project migrations into the Student Administration system, typically every other Thursday morning, during the maintenance window.
There is a re-occuring outage for Tenth Day processing which typically occurs from 12:00 AM until 3:00 AM, on the tenth day after the first day of classes, each semester.
There is a re-occuring outage for End of Term processing which typically occurs from 12:00 AM until 3:00 AM, within several days after final grades are due, each semester.
Major application upgrades are typically scheduled over a weekend, beginning that Friday evening at 11:50PM until the following Monday morning at 8:00 AM. These outages are advertised well in advance.
